Account identifier, watch history and progress, coin and subscription purchases, and technical usage events such as device type and load speed.
Why we collect it
To play the episodes you are entitled to, save your progress, prevent wallet fraud, and improve recommendations and performance.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Card data never touches our servers.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with infrastructure providers (video, payments, push) as needed to run the service.
Your rights
You can export a full copy of your data or permanently delete your account from the account page. Deletion completes within 30 days; financial records are retained where law requires.

Regional data residency & compliance (PDPL and others)
Your data is stored and processed in managed cloud infrastructure, and we apply the strictest regional standard to every user: Saudi Arabia's PDPL, the UAE data protection law, Egypt's Law 151/2020, plus GDPR principles for European users. We practise data minimisation (only what playback and measurement require), explicit consent before non-essential analytics, limited retention for watch and event logs, and access, correction and deletion rights from your account page. Account deletion requests begin within 30 days; we retain only what the law requires, such as financial records.
